   The
Yaesu FRG-9600 VHF-UHF scanning receiver covers from 60 to 905
MHz in the following modes: AM, AM-W, FM-W, FM-N, USB and LSB. Seven
tuning rates, ranging from 100 Hz to 100 kHz, are available. Enjoy a
total of 100 memories organized in ten banks of ten. You may also enter
frequencies directly via the numeric keypad or simply tune the manual VFO knob. Other features include: Clock-Timer, Recorder Activation,
Tuning Meter, Squelch, Tone, Priority and headphone jack. Other jacks
include: MPX, AF and RF Mute.
Front panel in nice condition but scratches to top of unit from mobile
mounting. With factory power supply and
factory rack bracket, copy of manual also provided.

Comes complete with original box, manual, power supply, optional desktop stand, two antennas, one
for VHF/UHF and one is telescopic for HF, plus optional vehicle mounting kit, all
original. This basically the desktop version of the AR2700 handheld which looks similar
to the very popular AR2500 desktop with the inclusion of BFO controls etc.

Welz WS1000
Above average condition, minor wear to button lettering, Performance is
excellent for such a small scanner and connecting to an external antenna
and using the "airbands" resulted in no strong signal overload or
intermod. Audio is clean and crisp for a unit of such size. FM Broadcast
reception is also good.
If
your looking for something small, compact yet offering good performance
this receiver is pretty much all on its own with little to compete
against it.
